Two people who said yes to everything and somehow ended up here.
How We Got Here
It started with a terrible first date, a very good second date, and a spontaneous trip to Mexico City that neither of us had planned. Somewhere between the mezcal and the tacos al pastor, we realized we were in serious trouble — the good kind.
Jeff grew up in the Pacific Northwest with a deep love of road trips, record stores, and finding the best hole-in-the-wall restaurants in every city. Jesús grew up between Mexico City and Los Angeles, which means he has extremely strong opinions about food, music, and the correct way to make a margarita.
Together, we've built a life that's basically one long adventure. We travel whenever we can, eat everything we find, go to too many concerts, and watch too many movies. This site is our way of sharing all of it — the good, the chaotic, and the absolutely delicious.

We've been to 23 countries together. We argue about which one had the best food every single time.
We have a shared spreadsheet of every movie we've watched together. It has 340 entries.
Jeff collects hot sauces. Jesús eats them all. There is constant tension about this.
We visit at least one independent bookstore in every city we travel to. It's a sacred rule.
Jesús makes the best mezcal negroni you've ever had. Jeff takes credit for it at parties.
